With over 20 years of experience supporting women and their partners, we truly understand what matters most—and what you really want to know—as you prepare for the incredible journey into parenthood.
ACCURATE INFORMATION
First and foremost, you need clear, reliable information about pregnancy, birth and beyond. We know this time can come with conflicting advice from many sources—but we’ve got you covered. With a strong background in maternity research, we provide up-to-date, evidence-based and hospital-specific information in our classes. You’ll also receive our Bambino Club Booklet and digital class summaries after each session, bringing together key guidance from trusted agencies so you have the best information, all in one place.
RELAXED ENVIRONMENT
Pregnancy and birth are a journey—and at times, an emotional one. We create a relaxed, welcoming environment in our antenatal classes where you can openly share any anxieties and feel supported. Our sessions include relaxation techniques and self-care strategies to help you prepare both mentally and physically for your unique journey. As an added benefit, all antenatal class attendees receive free access to the Bambino Club digital hypnobirthing package.
SOCIAL SUPPORT – CREATING YOUR BAMBINO CLUB
We want you to enjoy the experience and feel part of a real Bambino Club community. Our classes are a lovely way to meet other parents-to-be in your local area, with plenty of interactive activities that spark conversation, laughter and connection. You’re all on this journey together, and the friendships and support you build along the way can be truly invaluable.
YOUR CLASS SOCIAL
A class social will be held the week after the final class, so those all-important local parent friendships and support can continue to grow after the sessions end.

All attendees receive a FREE digital hypnobirthing package, inclusive of four powerful pre-recorded hypnosis sessions to prime your mind.
